Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume, logistics issues, or other unforeseen events, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all across India via reliable shipping partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5 – 7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7 – 10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹(Amount add karna ho to bolo)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹(If applicable)

Any promotional free shipping will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

(COD agar rakhna hai to yeh line rakho, nahi to main hata dunga)

  • COD Available: subject to pin code serviceability.

  • Additional COD fee may apply depending on the courier provider.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order through our website or courier partner’s tracking page.

Packaging Protection

  • All perfumes are carefully bubble-wrapped and packed to avoid leakage or breakage.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays or events

  • Unreachable or closed delivery location

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout. If the order returns due to incorrect address, shipping will be charges again for re-delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If you suspect theft or non-delivery, please contact the courier provider or local authorities.

International Shipping
